Who has the rights to the media we provide?

Myagent has the creative license for all media created. However, the agent or client who booked and paid for the shoot has full usage rights to the media on any electronic or printed form. Anyone else who requests the images/video/floor plan will need permission from the original agent/client.

What if I need to cancel and reschedule my booking with Myagent?

Please notify us 3 hours prior to the shoot time if you need to cancel or reschedule the shoot. Our team will accommodate rebooking at a time that works for you. If you cancel the booking within the 3 hour period then we do charge a cancellation fee of $55. Sometimes this can be out of your hands, unfortunately we do need to pay our team who have travelled to the property. The cancellation fee is for each contractor who attends.

Please Note: Real estate agents are responsible to check the weather before scheduling a shoot. We will assist how we can but we rely on www.metservice.co.nz for a weather report. We recommend that you use the same service provider. If it is raining at the time of the shoot and you wish to continue, we can proceed by shooting the interior and return for exterior shots at another time. If you do not want to have wet grounds, please rebook the shoot 3 hours prior from the time of booking. Call the office to arrange a reshoot for what has been missed due to weather.

I am not happy with my photos/video/floor plan?

If you or your vendor are unhappy with the photos, video or floor plans, please contact admin@myagent.co.nz and we’ll resolve this for you ASAP. If the reason yourself or your client are unhappy was out of Myagents control, a reshoot fee may apply.

The house has not been cleaned or tidied?

Ideally, before the contractors arrive, the house needs to be ready. We will not move big furniture or any items that put the contractors at risk. We will work with the agent however if smaller areas of the home need a quick tidy if needed. Please notify us as soon as possible if there are any specific points we need to adhere to, such as mask wearing inside the properties. If certain areas of a house cannot be accessed and need a revisit, a fee will apply.
